Head of Retail Poland (Fashion Industry)

For our client, an international fashion brand with large chain of stores in Poland, we are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Retail Poland.

How You’ll Contribute

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate clear strategic plans with concrete initiatives to drive top-line growth and bottom-line cost management. Lead market initiatives alongside the local team, focusing on performance and growth potential.

• Commercial Performance: Set and communicate performance targets, forecast sales volumes, and analyse performance data to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Drive commercial targets in top stores and implement a coherent pricing strategy.

• People Development: Coach and develop high-performing group store leads, store leaders, and VM squad leads. Ensure a culture of continuous improvement, togetherness, and customer-orientation.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to sales processes, and compliance with local regulations. Utilise sales data to monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions.

• Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-oriented culture, driving consumer satisfaction, and nurturing exchange of best practices.
